Terms
The name promises no rules. Here are the four or five we cannot do without — mostly about whose photo you are allowed to upload, and what happens to your money.

The deal
Use the service, and these terms apply. That is the whole of it.
These terms are an agreement between you and Bong Realty CA LLC, which operates NoRulesTrends at norulestrends.com. By uploading a photograph or otherwise using the service, you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you in the product before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.

What the service actually is
A machine's opinion about clothes, rendered as pictures. It is entertainment and inspiration, not advice.
You upload a photograph, answer four questions, and we generate images of you in outfits an AI model thinks would suit you, along with links to garments that resemble them.
Everything it produces is a suggestion. The styling is an algorithm's taste, not a professional's advice, and nothing here is advice of any regulated kind.
The images are synthetic. They are not photographs of you wearing those clothes, they will not always be accurate about fit, colour, drape or size, and the garment shown may differ from the garment sold. Do not rely on a generated image to decide whether something will fit you.

Age
You must be 16 or older.
You must be at least 16 to use the service. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission.

Whose photo you may upload
Yours, or one of an adult who has actually agreed. Never a child. Never a stranger. This is the rule we enforce hardest.
This is the most important clause in this document, so it is the shortest.
- Upload yourself — A photograph you took or own the rights to, showing you.
- Or an adult who agreed — You may upload a photograph of another adult only if they have specifically agreed to their image being used this way, including being sent to our AI processors. By uploading you are promising us they did.
- Never a child — Do not upload a photograph depicting anyone under 16, in any context, for any reason.
- Never a stranger or a public figure — No photographs of people who have not agreed — not celebrities, not people from the internet, not someone you know who has not said yes.
- Nothing illegal or explicit — No nudity, no sexual content, no content that is unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Who owns what
Your photo stays yours. We get only the permission needed to make your looks. The looks are yours to use.
You keep every right you had in the photograph you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store it, and to transmit it to the AI processors named in our privacy policy, purely to generate your looks and operate the service for you. That licence exists for no other purpose, and it ends when you delete the photograph.
We do not use your photograph to train our own models, and we do not licence it to anyone else to train theirs.
The looks generated for you are yours — post them, send them, print them. The service itself, its interface, its name and its mark remain ours.

Free, paid, and what you get
One free styling, once. After that you buy reveals in packs. Nothing renews, and credits you have paid for never expire.
The free tier includes one full styling reveal per account. It is a one-time allowance, not a recurring one, and it does not renew. After that, reveals are bought in packs of credits. One credit is one reveal; a restyling round — asking for another round based on what you liked — is also one credit, because it produces three fresh looks.
Packs cost $9.99 for 5 reveals, $19.99 for 11, $39.99 for 24, and $99.99 for 65, charged once through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to add.
Credits you have paid for do not expire. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel — you buy a number of reveals and they remain available until you use them. Credits we give away for free or as a promotion may carry an expiry date, and we will tell you the date when we give them to you.
If a reveal fails on our side — the styling step errors, or none of the three looks produces an image — the credit goes back automatically. If something else we did stopped the service working and you paid for it, write to us and we will sort it out. Beyond that, purchases are non-refundable except where the law where you live says otherwise, and where it does, that law wins over this paragraph.
If a payment is reversed or charged back, we take back any credits from that purchase you have not spent, and we may pause styling on the account until it is resolved. Credits you had already spent are recorded as owed and settled against your next purchase. Get in touch and we will work it out.
We may change prices. A change never affects credits you have already bought.

Retention and sharing
You choose how long styling data stays. Image grants expire in minutes; a link you publish lasts until you take it down.
Signed-in styling data defaults to 365 days. You may choose 7, 30, 90, 365 days; the setting applies to the selfie, generated looks, quiz answers, feedback, and cached styling data for that session. Anonymous data is eligible for deletion after two hours, subject to the scheduler outside limit described in the privacy policy. Billing, security, and legally required audit records have separate retention.
A share grant is valid for 5 minutes and one generated image only. It does not make our storage bucket public and is not guaranteed cryptographic single-use behavior. We cannot recall copies downloaded by someone else.
You may also publish a single generated look to its own link. That link does not expire — it works until you take it down, or until the look is deleted with your styling data. Publishing is always a separate, explicit choice: nothing becomes public because you shared a card, saved an image, or used the app. Your original photograph is never published, and we cannot recall copies someone has already saved.

Using it fairly
Do not script it, resell it, or work around the free limit. Generation costs us real money per image.
Every reveal costs us money in AI processing, which is why the free tier has a limit and why these restrictions exist.
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools against the service, and do not scrape it.
- Do not create multiple accounts to get around the free daily limit.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or offer the service to others as your own.
- Do not try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
- Holding credits does not lift the limits. If usage looks automated rather than human, we may throttle or suspend it — and any credits you have paid for and not spent stay yours.

Shopping links and commission
We may earn a commission when you buy. We do not sell the clothes, and we cannot vouch for the price or the shop.
Garment links point to third-party retailers. We are not the seller, we hold no stock, and we are not party to your purchase — your contract is with the retailer, on the retailer's terms, and returns, delivery and faults are matters for them.
Some links carry affiliate tracking, meaning we may be paid a commission if you buy. That commission never changes which garments we show you or the order we show them in.
Prices, availability and product details come from an automated search and can be wrong or out of date. Always check on the retailer's own page before buying.

Availability
It is a small service. It will sometimes be down.
We provide the service as it is, without any promise that it will be uninterrupted, always available, or free of faults. We depend on third-party AI providers, and when they are down or slow, so are we.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. If we discontinue it entirely we will give reasonable notice and refund every credit you have paid for and not spent. Credits do not expire, so there is no period to pro-rate — an unspent credit is money we are holding for a reveal we would no longer deliver.

Ending it
You can leave whenever. We can suspend an account that breaks the photo rules, usually immediately.
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. For breaches of the photograph rules in section 4 we will normally act immediately and without notice, because the harm is to someone who never agreed to be here.

What we are responsible for
We do not limit liability for the things the law says we cannot. Beyond that, our exposure is capped at what you paid us.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to exclude. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here.
Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for anything arising from your purchase from a third-party retailer. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, or fifty US dollars.
You are responsible for the consequences of uploading a photograph you did not have the right to upload.

Which law applies
The law of our home jurisdiction — and your local consumer rights on top.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
